We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return the product in saleable condition for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Getting a refund is achieved in 4 easy steps:

1. Email returns@experia-usa.com for a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned to us without a RAN will not be accepted.

2. Repackage the item sufficiently to ensure it gets to us in saleable condition and make a note of the RAN on the outside of the package.

3. Once the product is received by us, we will check it to ensure it is still in salable condition and email you to confirm.

4. If in saleable condition, we provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs). When sending the product back to us, the liability for packaging the product and returning it to us in saleable condition rests with you. We reserve the right not to offer a full refund if a product is found to be unsalable upon its return.
