Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you are not then simply return the product in a saleable condition for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Getting a refund is achieved in 3 easy steps:

a. Email returns@experia-usa.com for a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned to us without a RAN will not be accepted.

b. Repackage the item sufficiently to ensure it gets to us in a saleable condition and make a note of the RAN on the outside of the package.

c. Once the product is received by us, we check it to ensure it is still in a resalable condition and email you to confirm.

d. If in a saleable condition we provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

When sending the product back to us, the liability for packaging the product and returning it to us in a saleable condition rests with you.

We reserve the right not to offer a full refund if a product is found to be unsalable on its return.
